Now, we were going to get married, I and that foreigner, in two days, tomorrow, actually, and I decided not to. I called her, and we chatted as usual, and then I called all the thing off, by the fax. And I thought that we were done.
But the next day she started calling, crying and asking for explanations. First it was fun - I out her on the speaker, and all the office could hear and
it was hilarious. I let her talk and cut her off. But she keeps
calling, more 3 or 4 times, and talks about our baby (she is
pregnant), and asks to take care of them and blah-blah-blah.
Is there a law to protect me from her, me being an American?
Her calls and e-mails are tiresome.

Get an answering machine and only answer the calls that you want to answer.

Being American has nothing to do with the situation, so forget that as a possible excuse. Breaking up is breaking up, no big deal. However, being the father of a child is a big deal. Face the music, take responsibility for your actions, don't compound the situation by making a bad decision. In short... "Be a Man, an American Man".

No there is no law and I for one think your a jackass. Breaking off an engagement over the fax?! And then making fun of her heartbreak in your office in front of your co-workers. You deserve every annoying, harrassing minute of each phone call she makes to you. You being an american has nothing to do with it, you being a bad human being has everything. Grow up and do the rest of us a favor, never ever date a living human being again.

Don't use the term American to justify your so called actions. You're either a low life, racist, liar, or a combination of all three. The term American does not apply to you at all.
