maybe you mean brain pain like off of water boy i have never heard of brain drain but i guess it mean your mentaly tired

since this q is in the cancer forum i'm guessing it has something to do with chemo brain? i've known quite a few people that have gone through heavy chemo treatments. all of them had some sort of chemo brain towards the end of their treatment. it's kind of like mental exhaustion. the inability to think properly. kind of flakey. i don't know if it really has anything to do with the chemo itself but it happens.

Usually that refers to well qualified people leaving an area.
