my brother has tons of acne and we'd like to help him, please help?? we'd like to know approx how long it will take to work??

Proactive never worked for me. I used it for about 2 months and didn't see any changes.
Has he ever seen a dermatologist? If not, I would highly suggest it.
I've tried a few different prescription medications including Retin A and Accutane. Both of them worked really well, but I think Accutane worked the best. It's a wonderful drug but has really bad side effects. You'll definitely want to have him talk to a doctor before he tries it.

Proactive didn't really work for me either, but it wasn't that bad to use. My pimples never got any worse or better. They just came and go so I stopped using Proactive.

THE ACNE WILL START TO CLEAR UP IN ABOUT A WEEK OR SO, BUT ANY SCARRING WILL TAKE A LONG TIME TO FADE ...MAYBE A YEAR OR MORE..
