Use a tanning cream or spray. They have come miles in recent years and they do not make you look orange like they used to. Also, many salons offer full body tanning sprays or booths which last a couple of weeks.

try using some of the tingle tanning lotions that are formulated for indoor tanning bed use...i`m not sure if you`re tanning in a bed or outdoors, but even if you`re tanning outside, the tingle lotions will help u get super dark, because they contain ingredients that increase your blood circulation, which in turn cause u to get more color...if u have sensitive skin, or don`t have a bit of color on your legs, then take care, because these tingle lotions are very strong!!! they will make your skin feel hot & if u don`t have a bit of color 1st...U WILL BURN!!! but if u want to try something that will work, that`s what i recommend...i always use the tingle lotions, even when i tan outdoors...they`re GREAT!!!

i used to have trouble with this, just make sure you exfoliate and moisturise (leave for 20 mins to soak in) first, its essential for a good turn out, try using a spray on fake tan, as long as you make sure you haven't missed a patch they all give a wonderful no-streaks, uniform coverage, if you want something you can remove easily try an instant fake tan, its just like make-up but is light-weight, Rimmel do both kinds for around £5 each, also for a good application try a washing up sponge (the yellow ones with the rough green bit on the bottom) put moisturiser on it first so it doesn't soak up the fake tan, this works brilliantly for me. good luck!

Tan your legs with a fake tanner, and be out in the sun more often. That will help your legs darken up as the fake tanner wears off.
