I wanted to know if I have to wait until it comes in the mail until I can do the ezpass thing.

It is for the Baltimore area... like 695 and 895.

Of course you have to wait. If you tried to got through the EZPASS lanes without it (maybe holding up a sign that says "EZPASS is in the mail" they would automatically photograph your car and license plate and mail you a $50 violation for toll evasion.

How would the ez pass reader know you have a transponder if it's not in the car?
