I'm a 29 year old female, standing at 5'0 and weighing 115. I had a baby 10 months ago and haven't worked out yet since then. I'd like to lose 10 pounds and flatten my stomach along with lose some fat from my thighs. Also, tone everything.
This is what I'm doing daily 4-5 times a week:

20 minutes on my Gazelle in the AM
200 crunches in the AM or PM
40 minutes of Tae-Bo Cardio in the PM

I'm also watching my calorie intake and making sure I'm burning more than I'm taking in.
I started this workout almost 2 weeks ago.
Is this enough to get toned in 2 months?

You are doing all that with a 10 month old??? Wow I'm impressed. My friend has a 10 mo and all she is managing to do is finally sleep through the night.

Yes that is a very good workout plan. The Tae-Bo is a full body workout (right? you aren't just doing arms or legs?) and 200 crunches.

Make sure when you do the crunches you aren't just doing standard crunches. You are doing some with your legs raised up in the air (makes it harder and helps tone lower abs) some pelvic thrusts (also for lower abs) and some of those crunches are the oblique (side abs) by placing your knees to the side, without laying them on the ground, when you do your crunches. That will develop all the ab muscles together at the same pace instead of just the upper abs. Lower abs are probably the ones that are bothering you the most as that is the "pooch". Work on holding that tight when you are working during the day and on the gazelle.

If you have extra time you might want to bump up one of the cardio. 60 min is the min to really get results. Either 30 min on the Gazelle or an extra few minutes of Tae-Bo. But thats only if you have time! 60 min is a good workout time and especially if that child is walking yet you have to add in all the crunches when you pick up the child and cardio walking after the baby. The extra "weight lifting" when you hold the baby while mopping the kitchen. You probably are working out a lot more than you realize!

I'm sure you will be nicely toned in 2 months if you keep that up!
