If above answer is "YES", Then suppose if I simply ask for the car, but I don't mention or even think of any specific color or brand of it... How would god know which car?
You might claim that god is all-knowing, but I'm not even going to think of any specific color. So what is he going to know?
Definitely not my "thought", since I haven't thought about anything yet...
Please, no B.S... I need some well-explained and reasonably convincing answers...

God is much more in tune with your spiritual needs and has provided for these in an abundant way,He will sometimes give you what He knows you need but not always what you want.

If it is His will. It's OK to ask for things but one should always that His will be done in all things.
It does happen. I was going to need a car soon and, as I commuted to and from work, only one make and model would catch my eye. I prayed about it and waited on Him. Soon thereafter my employer presented me with a bonus check that would almost pay for it. I went to a dealer lot and there in the second row....was my car - the exact make, model, color and a few more options on it than I was anticipating. I still drive that car today - with over 200K miles on it - and it still runs like a top.

Second of all to communicate with GOD u need to do it in JESUS name or u saved.That should be ur first step.
It all started when adam sinned.Because GOD is holy he cant have sin in his presence.so man got seperated from GOD.
So GOD needs something to pay the penalty of sin.JESUS was the perfect sacrifice for our penalty.So JESUS came to earth lived among us and died for us on the cross.JESUS was the penalty.
GOD loves u so much that he sent his son JESUS to die for u to reconcile u back.
"For GOD so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoso ever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life".Ask JESUS to come into your heart and forgive ur sins and cleanse ur past with his blood.
With a simple prayer like above u can be saved.
Now since u are saved.U need a new car right.
Matthew 6:9 states that u have a father in heaven.Now since u have a father wont he care to see his son blessed.Sure he would .
Matthew 21:22 states when u believe u will recieve it.
GOD knows u and created u.Doesnt he know which color u would like and which brand would suit u.
U just pray to GOD in JESUS name and say i want a car and u know what would be perfect for me so thank you for giving me the car and then leave it to GOD for ur car.
When u do recieve one let me know so i can be happy over my fellow brother.

No, probably not. Not unless it's an urgent need. God gave you a brain, gave you able hands to work and a law that says "6 days shall you labor...". So get to work and buy your own car. He's already answered your prayer in the Bible. :)
