Any person who consumes more calories then they burn off will gain weight. If you consume 4000 calories a day and only burn off 3500 the weight will come.

In my opinion, no. Some people just have extremely high metabolisms and can eat as they please. My sister for example is a junk food fiend she eats burgers and fries atleast once a day, fried chicken, heaps of cheese, and is costantly eating and never really exercises, yet she is a size 8 - 10 Australian (which i think is like a 2-4 US?) This isnt applicable to everybody obviously, but I do know that some peoples metabolism is just so fast that they can eat as they like and it doesnt effect them - although it may catch up with them later in life

It all depends on your body. You only gain weight from food if your body doesnt break the fats down fast, meaning that you have a slow metabolism. But look at me, I eat like a pig, n im thin as a twig,

It really depends on your age, exercise & therefore rate of metabolism. I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted & not gain an ounce. No more.
