Yes, you can get tested for vitamin B12 deficiency. It's a blood test, it can be ordered by a physician. Some mental disorders are linked to B12 deficiency, I heard that too. My bet is you got placebo effect from taking those vitamins. I'd go and see a doctor and discuss your symptoms if you're still having them, rather than trying to self-medicate with vitamins.

It's most unlikely any of the symptoms are due to a B vitamin deficiency. It's much more likely the decrease in symptoms when you took the vitamin supplement was coincidence, and now that you've taken them, the tests would be normal.

You should be able to get a hair analysis test which will reveal deficiencies. I don't know how reliable it is for vitamin B.

Try incorporating oats in your diet. They are high in vitamin B, potassium and magnesium - all nutrients which should help you.

it would want to help, worth a attempt besides. If that would not help then see your health practitioner. battling stress merely isn't worth it. Have your health practitioner run some blood exams, there are different causes of stress except diet B deficiency, even iron deficiency. it really is why that is continuously solid to have some blood exams and performance a health practitioner which could help you by this.

Not sure if you can get tested but I know (per a nurse) that Vit B defiency is most certainly connected with mental issues....B-12 and folic acid very important. If you are feeling better, you know that it's working. Hope it continues!
