all said above is true but usually i see one disadvantage you become alone in crowd .No one cares for others.It takes time to go any where because of distance beside traffic jams. Artificial
products ,behaviors and traditions.

Lots of noise, no sleep, filthy, polluted, and many more unhealthy habitats. My suggestion unless your in california stay away from big cities but work there.

well, pollution is higher, and traffic is worse than in a small town, it can be noisier, and more crowded, but overall, I'm a city girl who loves all that stuff. (besides the pollution)

Crime, pollution , traffic, stress, higher incidence of infectious disease due to (another problem) overcrowding, noise, easier to get "lost in the crowd", less community spirit etc etc etc....
Wouldn't change it for the world though!

Traffic jams, constant accidents on roadways that make time seem like it's standing still, pollution, fast paced lifestyle...

noice, traffic, pollution,, people seem to always be on the run.... a faster lifestyle..... if you want to go out and enjoy your yard you cant because the neighbors would all be staring, parking is limited,

taxes, traffic, parking, pollution, high prices, noise, neighbors who eat stinky food, queuing up for everything, and never feeling at home because nobody recognizes anybody.

usually more crime, sometimes hard to find a good neighborhood where u can raise kids and they can ride their bikes. noisy, and bright. lots of traffic. higher taxes maybe? vandalism, construction of new buildings, etc...

Crime and traffic,I spend winters in Ga.(ATL) and summers in Mi.(Allendale). what a difference. I don't think I could live in Ga full time it is too busy for that.
