Have a hot milo/milk, a hot shower or soak in a bath, read, sex(favourite) good to relax but doesn't work immediately! A good massage, count sheep, meditate! Hope these help.

if you don't want to take a sleep aid .just do things that make you tired .do exercises . look at something boring on t.v .or have sex that always make you sleep cause you used a lot of energy

lay on ur back. in ur head picture this u r on a beach, it's a nice sunny day. then count to 1000 but in ur head. never stop thinking of the beach.

just grab a book or any article that is a must to be read and which is boring and it should be important and lengthy. then you would find yourself the moment when you start reading the article.
