You gotta outclass the other guy. But, there's this thing called Karma. If a chick will leave some other dude for you that easily, she'll probably bounce from your relationship to be captured by some other guy, as well. That's how it works.
I'd suggest start paying attention to her, give her compliments, talk about what a douche her boyfriend is, and treat her well. But, once you start going out, you have to continue doing all that crap. Perhaps it isn't worth it...?

Go up to the couple in question, and say to the guy, in front of the girl, "Tracey(or any other girl's name that comes into your head) is really delighted you've agreed to support her and the baby financially even though you've got a girlfriend"

Why would u want to do that??? If shes unhappy with her boyfriend then she will leave him when shes ready but if shes happy with him and she finds out you had something to do with the break up shes will properly never talk to you again.

lol..... get another sim card, text him loads of sexy messages from a ficticious woman (so that his gf will find them) - Make sure you mention that he met her when he wasn't with his GF so he hasn't got a decent alibi!.
