try a few dating sites.
if you particularly like black women why not try places like the West African community centres, ethnic clothing shops etc.
There you may be able to meet a woman who you strike a spark with.
or you could try romance abroad!

The problem here, my friend, is that you're not aiming at a PERSON, you're aiming at a type of person. It'll be difficult to find a wife if you love for them being a black woman, and not a PERSON, if you get what I'm saying.
Otherwise, I'd suggest spending some time in Harlem in New York, maybe Atlanta, Georgia.
