he stopped coz u r not replying he probably thinks that u don't like him and or just trying to ignore him. send him an email asking how he is and those kinda stuff and he'll probably send u one back inviting u to have coffee with him again.or maybe u can apologize for not replying twice to his emails.:)

Reply to his last mail, apologize for not having replied coz u were stuck into some work that demanded loads of time, blablabla... U're very happy that he had thought to have coffee with u. Ask him if he's still for it.

Reply to his email and apologise for what you have done. Tell him that it was insane what you did and then remind him about the invitation he has done to you and tell him that you will accept it with great pleasure. But only do this if you still like him because if not, then leave everything as it is dear.

Get on there and apologize to him. Tell him that you would like to have that coffee any time he is ready. Just tell him that you received the emails when you were busy, and forgot to respond. Give him your phone number, and ask him to call you next time.
