I will list the phases for you but then provide links for you to do the descriptions. I found ones where the phase descriptions are brief and easy to understand. If I describe them for you, you really are not learning anything. I also must tell you that the number of phases varies from place to place and you didn't say how many you need. Most of the medical community goes with 4 phases (the last phase - ischemic gets linked with the luteal phase).

If you are to have 5 phases, they are:
menstruation
follicular phase
ovulation
luteal phase
ischemic phase

If you need 4 phases, they are:
menstruation
follicular phase
ovulation
luteal

If you need 3 phases, they are:
follicular phase
ovulation
luteal phase
