Ok Me and my girlfriends plan to get throw our girlfriend who is getting married a bachelorette party.
We are going to invite a male stripper to give her a lap dance. However I was thinking that we could make her strip to her bra and panties or even naked. After that we would make sit on the chair and tie her hands behind her back and let the guy give her a lap dance. That way she would get turned on and wouldn't be able to touch the guy.
Is this a good idea or is it overboard?

This is WAY overboard. You could lose your friendship over this one depending on her views. My view (and I am as open-minded and fun-loving as they come) I would be mortified and never go along with any of it, no matter how much I was egged on. This would be totally embarrasing. Why would she want to be naked at her own bachelorette party? I think you should seriously think this through before trying this. Remember, she is getting married and has found what she was looking for.
I personally think a stripper would be sufficient. You could all enjoy the show and she wouldn't have to be the show.

Sounds to me like you are planning a sexual fantasy with/for your friend.....if she needs help with the honeymoon, you are def her best source. I think you've missed the point of the party.... its to poke fun at the loss of freedom, to celebrate the new life and to have a few laughs. My guess is you are really a guy who is just enjoying this visual so much you wanted to share it with us.... grande.

that is way overboard. you should run that idea by her. she may not like it. i know i wouldn't and i would be absolutely angry if that was done to me. use some common sense and think about her feelings and her future husband's feelings.
