You need to spend some time in England. Depending on your age you can either do an school exchange, if older, come and study English here or come and work here. The important thing is that you do not mix with other Italians while you are here so that you are forced to speak English.

Check out the BBC World Service website BBC Learning English
http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/ - which has a variety of different learning methods. This is an excellent comprehensive site, with links to a range of programs from simple to more complicated speech.
(You should also listen to the BBC radio broadcasts , preferably the World Service programs where you are more likely to hear standard English spoken!).
See if there is a British Council office near to where you live and ask them if they have any English language teaching programs.
Then check out your progress by talking to English tourists and get some feedback !
Best of luck.

Just read English books. Start with the easy ones, the ones used by grade school students. Everyday, if possible. By familiarizing yourself with the English language, it makes it easier for you to learn to speak it. That's how I learned English when I was a little girl (I'm Asian, by the way.).

You speak fairly well. However, " I am an Italian, and I have problems in speaking other languages" sound much better.

I do not know what job you do but try and be around well spoken English people alot. Ask if there is a word you dont understand. Try a call centre or waitressing. Helping someone out in reception over weekends can also help...if it is of no good. Study your dictionary! I know it sound bizarre but I am a journalist and doing that can really get interesting.
