Depends on your Passport.
If you have an U.S passport, you will have no problem with this.
Just make sure you have VISA to enter China twice. Shenzen is mainland China. If you go from Shenzen to Hong Kong, you have exited China. You need a Visa to go to China again if you have an US passport.
