I would not have converted to Catholicism if I didn't believe that the Magisterium was interpreting and teaching God's word authentically. I in no way feel discriminated against on account of my sex.

Women do participate in the diaconate in very real and vital ways. They are not however ordained as their spouses are. That in no way lessens the importance of women in the diaconate or the Catholic church. To say the church discriminates against women is incorrect and springs from a lack of study and understanding of the scriptures.
