No, they differ from one another just like spoken languages.

Not at all. Signing languages are, unfortunately, extremely different from one another. There's a group of signers where I live in Morocco, and although I have a rudimentary understanding of American Sign Language, I could not even vaguely understand what they were signing.

No. I went to Ireland and learned some of their finger spelling, and some of the letters in that are shaped differently than they are in Americal Sign Language Finger Spelling. It was ALL still done in English, mind you, and I'll wager that this is just one teeny, tiny example of how different sign languages can be from each other.

No.For example Greek sign languages uses letters of the greek alphabet something irrelevant in the english sign language.

There are different systems of signing in different countries. Even in English speaking countries, American signers can't always be understood in Australia or the UK as the sign languages are different.

No, there are many totally separate sign languages that are not mutually intelligible, even amongst English speaking countries.

Unfortunately not. Even within ONE country, there are regional variations (And apparently, kids make up 'slang' signs).
