you are new on the job, but after that you need to reformulate or refrase. your boss proposes to you... as in marriage or is he just saying you know nothing about him and cant say no to him in any way...?? I find that a peculiar statement to begin with.... from your boss I mean, so I assume I am misunderstanding....

You question is little bit vague. First you are a new commer, do you mean to say you are very attractive that your boss proposes you
Is it a private organisation or Govt ?
Try to get the details of character from the other source about your boss.
Do you have any boy friend whom you want to marry?
Is your boss good looking well behaved and age criteria besides the family background. Is he marraid?
All these you think and you will get the answer.

Don't get your question. Why can't you say no? If you don't know anything about him, tell him that you can't accept a proposal from a virtual stranger, that you should be friends first and get to know each other. But if he insists, or threatens to sack you because you refuse him, that falls under "sexual harassment at workplace." Report him at women's commission and also his higher authority.

Simply say,That u r not interested.If he gives any problem just leave the job,and try a good job.It's better looking good job.Because of this problem you can't concentrate the job.

You are new in the job; you do not know your boss well and he proposes you. If it is just a 'friendship' proposal, go ahead and just stay friends - nice & decent. If it is a proposal for marriage, I think it is too early. WAIT & WATCH.
