My Girlfriend and i live very far apart and it's been so long sence we made contact. shes not the type to dump me without telling me.
How could i find out if anythings happened to her when i cannot get hold of her in any way

You must have mutual friends if you ever lived there. Has she ever mentioned anyone else's name? What about looking up her address for a phone number?
My guess is that she has probably given up on the relationship because the two of you live so far apart. Long distance relationships are very difficult to sustain.

Long distance relationships usually don't last. If she has not made contact with you then you do it. Try to get her address and call her once in a while. If there is a slim chance of being with her again then it's time to call it quits.
