The only way you can do that is either force yourself or play with real money.
When you play with play-money, the tendency to screw around just to see what happens goes up, but with real money people will play much tighter.

With play money or real money keeping control of yourself is key. You want to play to win no matter what you are playing for, if it's pride or real cash on the line. Poker isn't all about making the most money, or winning the most pot's, it's all about making good decisions. Sometimes it's right to make a weird bet, like when you flop the nuts, on a flop that looks safe, and you come out overbetting the pot, when in the past you have been in line. Or if you miss your draw on the river and you feel the other player is pretty weak, then a weird bet is called for. Just go making the best decision that you can at the time and you will do fine.

If its real or play money, treat it like its the real thing. If you have a bad feeling about a hand, fold it.
A persons instincts are right about 75% of the time, so you think you can win with a 25% chance? Trust yourself.
It takes Patience to play poker, one hand won't matter if you decide to fold. On the other hand, one bad play will get you busted.
The next time you get that feeling about a hand, just fold the hand and see what would have happened. That's what relieved me of that particular bad habit.

Learn the odds, count cards, learn how to read other players, learn how to bluff with out a tell, and remember this......go with what you know. If you gut says no, but your holding a good hand, be absurd.

I agree with Pris. But remember poker is an addiction and if you can't balance yourself into when to play and when not to play - maybe you shouldn't
