when I eat a banana, later that night I'll end up with a muscle cramp in my leg.
If I don't eat bananas, no cramp.

I thought K potassium was supposed to help stop cramps

whats going on and has anyone else gone through this problem too?

is it the sugars in banana??? bananas have high fructose sugar...

i'ld say either don't eat, change the types of bananas and monitor which brands have/have not, or ask your doctor the next time you have a chance...

Maybe the bananas you ate contain sodiums.
Buy different bananas.
