I think it is more likely that he will be captured by some US-special unit that will make some al-qaidaly videos. That could be used politically to bring the british forces back to Iraq in strength. Symbols like the Royals (or some far-away Islands) are still likely to arouse the masses in England

I didn't know you had been asked to go to Iraq as an SAS (man?) with Prince Harry. I just don't understand why you would put a bullet in your own head--- even if it did mean solving two problems--- you know---getting rid of a useless W****R.

The chances of Prince 'make-mine-a-double' Harry getting sent to Iraq are probably 50/50.
The chances of him getting sent any where near action is 0/100.
This is not the same for the rank and file (of course) who get sent to their deaths on a daily basis.
The Royal family like to wear lots of medals and then get more medals after such Wars to pararde around with on Rememberance Sunday, like they contributed somehow.
The fact that they even think they think we are dumb enough to accept P.H or any other 'royal' would be within 1000 miles of a snipers bullet amazes me.

I think they are making a horrible mistake if they send him to Iraq. He is in line to be The King of England, why would they put him in danger like that? The whole reason why he was even conceived was to be an heir to the thrown. His father is getting older, and what if something happens to William? Who the hell is going to be The King of England? I think all future kings should be forbidden to fight in war.

He's probably going to have some kind of secret force that makes the SAS look like pansies next to him 24/7 whether he knows it or not. lol.

They will probably assign him with many SAS soldiers. And give him duties that appear dangerous, but really aren't.
That is, if he goes there at all

I hope that Prince Henry is kept out of harms way. He has a caring,
quick witted nature about him, and a winning smile. His Father,
and Uncle both served in the military, and I'm sure if he serves overseas, he will serve as well as they did. (Why do you think
that someone who has helped build, box and deliver food in poverty areas, to aids victims, and has been picked upon by the
media needs to be insulted?)

well it's a war, if the prince wants to war, then he should be able to got o war. Ok he may be royalty, but he is human after all. It's a shame that he may be specifially targeted, but that's the what war is about.
I think if he believes in the war and he supports it, and if he is willin to die for his country.........there is nothing wrong with that.
HOWEVER I do have a problem with war, but that's not the question.

A well thought out plan!
But I'd like to see the little **** wetting himself on a home movie as some Mujahedin threatens to saw his face off. You'd see a change in the UKs 'we don't deal with terrorists stance' in seconds
