if someone asked you could you keep it?

Yes, I can- no problem. Yet I sometimes find it difficult to confide in others for fear that they will not be able to keep quiet.
As I work with behavioural problem teenagers I have to keep many of their secrets to gain their trust and to be able to understand them and help them as best I can. But there are times when you need to share the information with others-e.g. if it anything to do with abuse or drugs- but I always tell them first that I will have to divulge the information to either the police or social services- then they have the choice if they still want to tell me or not.

If it's something relatively innocent, like someone has a crush on someone, then I would try my best! I know when to keep quiet.
However, if it was something more serious, particularly from a client at work, I am not allowed to promise to keep it a secret.

No I cant! only God can keep ur secrets safe bcoz he knows iT before u tell him ur secret!
By the way, a secret remains no more a secret when u told it to a second person!!
