In the tattoo world alot of tattoo artists have the number 13 on their body it's meant to be lucky. Kat Von D and her husband have a lot of 13's tattooed on their body.

Never heard of it, I personally like to have balance, I only have one tattoo that's small on my right shoulder blade now I feel the need to get another on my left to balance it out before I get any of the other tattoos I want. I don't like odd numbers so I guess I'll have to have bad luck if it's true.

I've personally never heard of this... but it probably stems from something like the number "7" being an odd number, and always being considered a "lucky" number.
