The normal thing to do, is to resize those pictures on your computer. Perhaps you can use the software that Fuji provided. You can also download Picasa (free software from Google) or some other editor to do this. The exact steps depend on your specific editor, but the general idea is to save a low quality copy of the file. This greatly reduces the file size. Keep the original for prints and use the low quality copy for email/ myspace.
Another way to go, is to set your camera setting to low quality. This will produce small file sizes straight out of the camera. But if you do this, you'll also be limited to low quality prints. It's not recommended for this reason.

I see I got a thumbs down...
Let me repeat my message: if you crank down the quality setting on your camera, you WILL spare yourself some effort on the computer... and you WILL be screwed when you try to make a decent print.

Easy - don't shoot at 6.3 megapixels!

6.3 MP is much too large for uploading to a website or e-mail. Your computer monitor screen is about 1 MP. Do you really need pictures that are 6 screens big?

Turn down your camera resolution to the lowest setting.

Depending on the megapixel rating the picture was taken at, yes a print shop should be able to do it. You can get it done at wal-mart or whatever, digital printing is pretty common.
