It has NOTHING to do with the food... Kids like the idea of being away from their familys & on their OWN with people of THEIR choosing. Homelife is "everyday" stuff, going "out" is different & fun to most kids. It's NOT a reflection on their Parents, it's just the way children give Independence a try... :)

perhaps you're too restraining or naggy to your children that's why they don't feel like eating with you. treat your children as friends and they'll respect you and eat with you eventually :D
