Hi,
There is no legal age for getting tattoo in TN.
How ever The legal age is for marriage there. It is 18 years for girls.

18 no liscensed tattoo shop will tattoo a minor even with parent apporval because if the parent gets charged with child endangerment the tattoo shop will loose its lincense

in nz it 18yrs, so what i would do is ring a tattoo shop an ask them what the age you have to be to get one.
