It is said that you can eat after 7pm as long as it's the right food....if you get hungry after this time snack on fruit and veg sticks. If you want to lose the weight,eat 5-6 small well balanced meals a day,exercise for 30-45 Min's a day,and try and drink around 6-8 glasses of water a day,the weight will fall off in no time.Don't listen to people saying don't eat because it doesn't work.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food

alright , will from personal experince i can deff give you a plan that works and that i tried. first of all , whatever you do don't starve yourself or take diet pills cuz u might be losing weight but youll gain double that very fast. something i recommend is the kellogs diet , i tried it and it works. eat a bowl of ceral for breakfest and lunch , and whatever you usally eat for dinner.also try not to eat after 6 and try to work out at least 3 times a week. youll lose wieght super fast.
