Here's a cheap solution that is one of the best stress busters I've ever tried. It's called a cleansing breath. You can do it anytime, anywhere, even between questions on the worst of essay finals. Take a deep breath, hold it for 2 to 3 seconds, then purse your lips and slowly let the breath out. Repeat 3 times.
I find it's important to try this each night at bedtime while you're learning it. Start tonight, don't wait for the day of finals. When you get better at it, it works better. Sounds redundant, but you'll see the effect.

Hi! Perhaps you may try taking Nutrilite brand chamomile herbal supplement. It has a relaxing effect. On top of that, you may try relaxing meditation with the help of some soft classical music, do some simple stretching, reward yoursle fwith some "happy goodies" like chocolate, natural ingredient ice-cream, etc. watch some comedies, read some jokes, sing some karaoke songs with your friends or alone if you lie, play some music on piano, guitar, violin, etc. if you know how to. Playing or listening to music is an excellent way to destress. It's also very relaxing. If financially affordable...go for an escapade to a resort area in another country. Being away for a moment is good for unwinding yourself. If least affordable then go to a resort island or neighbouring country for a couple of days to unwind yourself and recharge. If you love sport, swimming is also a good way to relax. In addition , go for relaxing facial or body massage. it's good for health too. Just some contribution of ideas... hope you'll find them helpful.
Have a nice evening.

In the past a friend recomended I try a Natural substance called St Johns Wart, available from a Chemest or helth food shop. It's good for what I call Executive stress. Helped clear my head/thoughs. My Chemest also advised a different version of this that I didn't try but was supposed to be better. Also twice the price.

Well first of all if your a person of faith I would suggest casting all you cares and burdens to the Lord for he cares for you. If you not a person of faith I suggest that you go to get a 90 minute facial, you'll feel better, look better and you'll be relaxed with a little bit of mind and body R & R. Hot steamy towels, a facial, neck and shoulder massage! ahh the good life! Everyone needs one of those. After that you'll probably have a easier time focusing on studying and retaining and feeling more confident about your finals. God Bless and I hope you do extremley well.

Only study for short periods of time because after a while you stop taking in as much information. Also try reading your studies before you go to sleep as this is supposed to help you remember.
Take some "Rescue Remedy" spray. Just spray some on your tongue. My friend uses it as she gets anxious about tests etc and it definitely works for her
Good luck with your exams. Remember it's not the end of the world if you don't pass 1st time.

this is what i always do... i take a nice long walk (even just to a grocery store if i feel the need to get something done in the process) and that clears my head. so i can do my work better and also sleep a little better. dont forget to sleep--3 hours will just leave you jittery and panicky, 7 hours on the other hand you'll be more alert when it matters. i find that in college much of your performance is dependent on how much you remember and how much you write on the exam paper--energy and mental clarity is crucial. good luck

Plan out all of your thoughts, and then take a nap... Just to help clear your head for a little while.
Good luck with finals week though!!!
You'll do fine.

Diazepam is really good to relax.
My Mum has been on it for years and hasn't suffered any side effects.
Don't overdo it though, they can be really addictive.
Much better than a chamomile tea
