Trump's hair do is proof that God has a great sense of humor and knows how to make an idiot really look like an idiot despite how said idiot thinks he looks.

It is a bad hairstyle... I think it's called a comb-over. Possibly an attempt to hold onto the 1970's style of his youth but he seems to have less to work with now than he must have had then.
