do squats it will sore for days but it is worth it

compound exercises like squats and the leg press are optimum for strengthening all of the muscles of the leg. you can't spot reduce fat. clean up the diet and watch the calories. exercise for 60-80 minutes at a high level of intensity to increase the metabolic rate. stretch after training for 20 minutes. the more relaxing a muscle is the more force it can generate through the entire range of motion when exercising.

try squats without weights, about 30 to 100 reps, 3 times.
do lunges, about 20 per leg, 3 times.
go join a gym, and work out on the leg machines.
or find a comfortable area, where you can jog.

knees....I don't think have any like....fat pockets because.....they're joints. you have chubby theighs and need to tone those up. squats and lunges and step ups and an alteration in diet and even some stretching should fix you right up
