That is the law in your country and that is called cremation. Instead of burying to a grave, they will burn your body flesh and your family may or may not get the ashes of your body. You will know nothing after your death and you do not know if they will burn your body

Well, we don't HAVE to... As far as I know, one has a choice of a whole slew of body disposal methods.
Burning, however, is the best and easiest way to reduce a body to the smallest possible size. When you realize that there is limited space in the ground, this becomes a very viable solution.
But hey, it could be worse. Some countries rent plots for burial and dig you up after a certain time and then burn you.
Hope this helps!

It is only in the Hindu religion that a body is cremated, by religious requirement. The body is burnt and the ashes released into a body of water (river, sea, of which the Ganges river is their HOLY river)
It is their way to reduce the physical being into certain elements of which the universe is created. Their belief is that it releases the physical body (as the soul is released automatically at death) and allows it to re-enter the universe.
Hindu's also believe in reincarnation.

No one has said we have to burn our body after death. That is only a custom of some cultures it's not Biblical nor is it historical.

Have to sounds like an order, unless it is a law in your country, if not you can choose to be buried. People prefer cremation (that is the right word) to burial because it is efficient and modern. A friend once told me she preferred that to the idea of rotting underground, in addition to the increasing lack of space to bury our dead. It is also more cost effective if you think about it.
Whatever, it is your choice.

It is matter of lack of place. Some religions don't agree with that burning because they believe that at the 2nd Apperance of our Lord our bodies will be rise from our graves. But you mustn't take this literally.

We don't. We can do whatever we want with them. Unless you are in some religion that makes you burn them I guess. And even then- who says you have to do what they say?
