Yes, you can marry whomever you want.
The Department of Justice will recognize your marriage, and the IRS will allow you to claim her without her being a citizen or resident of the US. (Normally, only Canadians and Mexicans get this privilege. Service members get a lot of bonus options in trade for their service.)
The process of getting her citizenship is long, painful and nearly ridiculous, but if she's your choice, she's worth it.
The down side is your security clearance. You should have a background check on her if you want to keep it or not have a lot of problems with your assignments in the future.

The military has regulations regarding this and you should start by discussing the matter with your Commanding Officer. You should be aware that there is no guarantee she would be allowed into the United States even if you marry.

FROM THE POINT OF RELIGIONS VIEW:
YES u can,BUT in one case..if she was Christian like u..if she was MUSLIM then its NOT ALLOWED for muslim girl to marry a man from any other religion except muslim..
in general...(muslim man) can marry 1,2,3 or 4 women from the following religions(muslim,christian & jew) but he must be satisfieng all conditions of marriage ( emotional, physical and economical rules)...so dear friend..if she was christian go ahead & God bless ur marriage, but if she were musli then u should start thinking of being muslim(thats if u love her!!!)..also u should know that muslim person is not allowed to change his/her religion...try to read more about islam and understand it b4 doing any move soldier :) ...

The thought is interesting but, why would you want someone with such a distorted sense of reality. Are you willing to risk her life and the inevitable tormenting and possible beheading you both will receive?

Thats a question best for your chain of command. It would probably have to have their approval. if you have an elevated security clearence it might put it in jepordy though. Good luck .

Yes you may marry her but you have to think about the future. Will she continue to se us troops as liberators or she will begin to see things in another light.
You need to think hard on this one and then make your own choice.

yes but its going to be difficult. Check with the military law offices in your service for advice.It isn't going to be easy.you might have to get help from the Chaplin.The military doesn't like this when it happens.....

depends im also in the army so if she is in iraq and you meet her here in iraq you are not suppose to be with local nationals its genral order number one
