I am doing this new diet with a product from quixtar. I am eating one of there Trim Advantage protein bars for breakfast, and one for lunch.(the bars are 250 calories each) For supper i eat a small high fiber meal. I drink tons of water, i small diet pop a day, if that and no snacking in between. I recentely got the dvd HIP HOP ABS and it is amazing. It is fun easy and just like dancing. If you can shake what your momma gave ya, you can do this exercise program. So basically what i was wondering was if this diet is goin to work. I have stuck with it and havent cheated yet, so for me that is a good sign.-thanks hal-pal

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMFD7

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I don't know if the diet with WORK or not, but from personal experience, you could be eating alot better. what I've been doign for breakfast is scambling one egg and some fruit that i've cut up and put into a baggie. Yogurt is a good for me too cause especially in the morning i have to grab stuff and run.

for lunch, I've really just been doing a simple salad and its been working for me...just gotta watch that dressing

you shouldnt be eating protein bars - its a junk food called in a healthy name more or less. you could have a small one after working out just to get protein to repair muscle.
this diet doesnt look good also because there are no fruit or veggies and you should get 5-8 servings a day.
eat live foods - complex carbs for energy, lean meat, fish, nuts etc.
