I have 3 dogs. First dog I have is a female shepherd & husky mix. I rescued her and my husband fell in love with her. He named her Nami. The name Nami came from one of the anime my husband loves to watch. He is a big animes and manga fan. My second dog is a 2 year old male miniature pinscher I got from an awful breeder when he was 11 weeks old. I named him Skittlebug. He was so small when I got him and it made me think of small things - skittles candy and bugs, so I combined the two names. My third dog I got from a different breeder. She is a 3 year old miniature pinscher. She already had a name when I got her. Her full name is All Powerful Promising Piper. The breeder I got her from has a website called The Charmed Ones. Check it out, all of her dogs - past preaent and future are all beautiful dogs. That's why she was given that name. I call her Piper for short. Have you ever watched CHarmed. That's where they got the idea for their website I believe, and so it passed on to their dogs and puppies. Now my third dog just had a litter of pups 2 weeks ago. I gave them nick names until they go to their new homes. The male puppy - second born I call Inu - it means dog in japanese. The first born I call Inoue, its a japanese name from another anime my husband watches called Bleach. I really liked the name. The third puppy I call Itsy because she is so tiny. The fourth puppy I call Chubs, because out of all the females born in this litter, she was the biggest. The male was the biggest out of all 4 puppies. That is all the dogs I have.

My chihuahua is named Paka. We had gone to Guam to see
some friends who had been there for quite a while. We were their first visitors from the States as its a long and expensive
trip. But after getting to their home from the airport, they informed us that a typhoon was on its way, but they waited to
tell us as they were aftaid my sister would jump on the next plane home. So the next morning, after preparing their home
for the typhoon, we went for a ride around the island to see it before the typhoon came.....by dinnertime it was blowing pretty fast, It was supertyphoon Paka, and broke all the records with wind speed tho not with deaths. So we spent the rest of our trip helping our friends and others with putting things back together and living without power or running water, tho we did have a generator and some barrels that had
been filled beforehand with water. We ended up playing a lot of Scrabble and drinking the case of wine we had brought as a present, plus eating a lot of bar b q at everyone's houses, as the freezers were slowly defrosting. The day we flew home we received our puppy as a surprise gift, and the first
name that popped into our heads was Paka. It sort of fits her,
she has the typical chi attitude, acts really tough tho she really isn't, and loves to run in circles.

well i have 4 dogs lets see if we can explain it all
Ringo- is my jack Russell he is our very first dog. we named him Ringo because when my husband was a child there was a neighborhood dog named Ringo that he really loved and he wanted to name his first dog after him
Star- is next in line and she is also a Jack. HMMMM Ringo Star I'm sure you can see why we named her that.
Fontana- (tana for short) Lab mix my hubby rescued her from Fontana California.

Carson- very old Malamute wolf mix. Was abandoned and rescued by my husband in CARSON city Nevada.
Now for the very last member

I have 2 German Shepherds. My female is almost 7 years old and named Nami. Her registered name is K.D.'s Su-Nami. She is in your face like a tsunami. So I figured the name fit. ( I was actually watching a movie late one night and there is an organization called NAMI - National Association for Mental Illness and I just liked how the name sounded). She is a dominant female and very hard headed. But she is loving when she wants to be.
My male is a sable shepherd and his registered name is Livelyville's Magnificant Worf. He is almost 5 years old. My husband and son named him because of Star Trek and the character Worf. He is a very handsome and loving 91 pound lap dog. He stays right next to me when I am outside and I have had him since the day he was born. (Don't worry - I had his mother too).
Thanks for asking as I love to brag on my dogs.

I'm a film major, so my little aussie is named Indiana (or Indy) because at the end of the third movie, I love when sean connery says "We named the dog Indiana".
My first dog, was named Marley because the day we brought him home, he cried so much that we played some music so we put Bob Marley on and he was a happy little guy after that.

I actually have a Borzoi, and her Registered call is "candy Revenge" We call her Icee i like to attempt to make the call names have something to do with the registered names, although that's per very own selection. i like all the names you got here up with. maximum are uni-intercourse, some are woman/male basically bypass away out all something- Champ Divide Timer evening some that have subject-unfastened reference. some that don't Tex Majesty yet another call i in my opinion like may be: Earn Your Stripes- Tigress

My Lab's name is Anubis. He is solid black. Anubis is the Greek name for the ancient jackal-headed god of the dead in Egyptian mythology . He serves as both a guide of the recently departed and a guardian of the dead. My husband named him, he is fascinated by Egyptian mythology.
My Jack Russell's name is Loki. Loki is the mythical being of mischief in Norse mythology. Basically self explanatory he is always into everything. My Husband named him as well.

My dog's name is Brinkley. I named him that because at the time You've Got Mail was a really popular movie and the dog in the movie was named Brinkley. My favorite scene in the movie was when Meg Ryan is waiting in the park and she sees Tom Hank's dog running up to her and she realizes its him. It was so sweet ;)

My dog's name is Bentley. I named him that because I found him when I was driving down the highway and the car in front of me (a Bentley) through a trashbag out of their window onto the road. I stopped to pick up the trash bag (not being a fan of littering) and found a little puppy inside. Therefore...Bentley.
