1) The prophesy has been fulfilled.
2) History and the Bible describe the rise and fall of the empires described in the vision.
3) No.
4) No.

A common misconception is that Daniel has yet to be fulfilled. All of the prophesies in Daniel were fulfilled by the time of Christ - most of them refer to the reign of Antiochus IV.

The first part of the prophecy describes the Babylonian empire that was succeeded by the Medo/Persian empire (silver) that was succeeded by the Greek empire of Alexander the Great (bronze).

We are in the stage between verses 40 & 41. Verse 40 describes the Roman empire during the days of Jesus. Some people would say that we are actually at verse 44 when Jesus came and started the church but I think that actually refers to when He comes again after the events in the Book of Revelation where there are 10 kingdoms and the beast and the false prophet.

Daniel 2:40 And there shall be a fourth kingdom, strong as iron, because iron breaks to pieces and shatters all things. And like iron that crushes, it shall break and crush all these. 41 And as you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter's clay and partly of iron, it shall be a divided kingdom, but some of the firmness of iron shall be in it, just as you saw iron mixed with the soft clay. 42 And as the toes of the feet were partly iron and partly clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly brittle. 43 As you saw the iron mixed with soft clay, so they will mix with one another in marriage, but they will not hold together, just as iron does not mix with clay. 44 And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed, nor shall the kingdom be left to another people. It shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, and it shall stand forever,

There is no contradiction to this prophecy either in history or in another portion of the Bible.

Daniel told Nebuchadnezzar: “After you there will rise another kingdom inferior to you.” (Daniel 2:39) A kingdom symbolized by the image’s breasts and arms of silver would succeed Nebuchadnezzar’s dynasty. Some 200 years earlier, Isaiah had foretold this kingdom, even giving the name of its victorious king—Cyrus. (Isaiah 13:1-17; 21:2-9; 44:24–45:7, 13) This was the Medo-Persian Empire. Even though Medo-Persia developed a great civilization that was not secondary to that of the Babylonian Empire, this latter kingdom is represented by silver, a metal less precious than gold. It was inferior to the Babylonian World Power in that it did not have the distinction of overturning Judah, the typical kingdom of God with its capital at Jerusalem.
11 Some 60 years after interpreting the dream, Daniel witnessed the end of Nebuchadnezzar’s dynasty. Daniel was present on the night of October 5/6, 539 B.C.E., when the Medo-Persian army took seemingly impregnable Babylon and executed King Belshazzar. With the death of Belshazzar, the golden head of the dream image—the Babylonian Empire—ceased to exist.

The last but one, The foot
mixed of clay and iron. Many kingdoms are there, there is no supreme power.
I dont know of any verse.
U see, the History says that there was a ruler called Alexander the gr8 and Julius Ceaser and all....
there is 400 yrs of silence in the Bible. Its is between the Old Testament and New Testament. OT ends with Malachi. But NT doesn't seem like the comtinuation of Malachi. It starts wit the geneology...
And Caesar is mentioned in the Bible.
Jesus sayz "Render to Ceasar the things that are Ceasar's and to God the things that are God's"
Nd many times also Ceasar comes. So Ceasar and Alexander ruled in those times. By this we can prove that part of History.

The Fourth Seal – The Beasts of the Earth

The entire world is witnessing the decline of the earth’s environment and resources which is a prophetic fulfillment of the Bible.

At the Fourth SEAL, one-fourth part of the earth is to be destroyed before we move forward to the next Seal events (Re.6:7-8 below), followed by the Seven TRUMPET events, and, lastly, the Seven Last PLAGUE events.

When the world faces acts of terrorism are we not facing beasts of the earth (Re.6:8, Jude 1:10-11, Titus 1:12, 2 Pet.2:11-13 below)?

Re.6:7 And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.

Re.6:8 And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the FOURTH PART of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

Beasts of the Earth

Jude 1:10 But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.

Jude 1:11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain (1 Jn.3:12, Matt.13:38), and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

Titus 1:12 One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies.

2 Pet 2:11 Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.

2 Pet.2:12 But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;

2 Pet.2:13 And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you;

Apart from Daniel apparantly being a fraud and getting his dates and rulers mixed up elsewhere in the book?

You want prophesy? Check out St Malachy's list. Do a google search.
