If you're not yet worried about taking off the double-sided adhesive thingies, just get a piece of string (long enough to hold between two hands and to fit behind the mirror) - wedge the string underneath the corner of one of the tiles (if you can) and slide it back and forth using both hands in a "sawing motion" to break through the little spongy stickers. Do this on each corner and the mirror should come off perfectly safely. As for removing the adhesive spongies... that will be more difficult.

If it's tiled solid, chances are you're gonna have to break at least one. Try going in on the side.
Then use a putty knife to slice the double sided tape so that the sticky parts stay in place. Half the tape on the mirror, half the tape on the wall.

Goo gone, or other chemicals will remove it from walls and the mirror backs.

Hi, I managed to remove and reuse about 12 mirrors using a hawkshaw blade, GooGone and a knife.
I made a video to show it.
