"Firmament" means sky, so are there stars in the sky? Yes? Not a lie.
"Milky Way of lost souls?" That's your lie. The Bible says no such thing.
"Earth-centric universe?" Where does the Bible say the earth is the center of the universe? You can find no more evidence of a belief in an "earth-centric universe" in the Bible than you can find in most astronomical text books of today. We STILL talk about the moon's path across the night sky, or the sun's journy from the tropic of capricorn to the tropic of cancer. We still talk about what time the sun will rise, and what time it will set. Why is it that when we say such things, no one assumes that we believe in an earth-centric universe, but when the Bible does, we assume that God does? This is ridiculous.
The Bible, while written by the Creator of the Universe, is not a text book for how the universe works. It is written to people about how to live their lives. While there are no "lies" within its pages, it will be written in the language of the people at the time, and does not attempt to explain itself to the scientists of our times. To try to hold it to that standard is both unreasonable and unfair, especially in the light of how many of the same "lies" you can find in science textbooks of today. The only difference is that a science textbook, being a science textbook, feels the need to explain its terms before using them. However, our newspapers don't have to explain that the sun doesn't really revolve around the earth when it says that the sunrise will occur at 6:11am. Neither should the Bible.
If you think the Bible contains lies, that is your perogative. It's not true, but you can think that if you want. If you think the scientists of today aren't lying to you about various things, that is also your perogotive, but again, it isn't true.
I promise you, more atheists become Christians based on scientific evidence than the other way around.

I think you have mistaken what people have said about the Bible for what is actually written in the Bible. Where does the Bible say that the earth is the center of the universe or anything about a Milky Way of lost souls? It doesn't. Nor does it say that stars are "held up" in the firmament. FYI the word translated into some English Bibles as "firmament" means an expanse. As to what the Bible teaches about the earth in the universe consider this divine revelation given over 3000 years ago when other religions were saying that the earth rested on the back of a giant turtle or on the shoulders of a man named Atlas.
Job 26:7 He stretches out the north over the void and hangs the earth on nothing.

The earth-centric universe is alluded to in 2 Peter 2:13 as "carousing in the daylight", the implication being that false religionists would rather draw attention inwards to themselves than outwards to the grandeur of the universe.
I think your Bible knowledge is woeful, anyway. Your use of the English language is likewise running at a lop-sided reluctant rumble. Haven't you ever heard of literature or poetry? People wrote the Bible in awe of God's saving power. It's an expression of appreciation for majesty.

you're able to desire to ascertain the full tale, not basically one verse. you're able to desire to correctly known who's speaking, who's being spoken to, and what's being spoken approximately. In a million Kings 22:a million-5, the guy speaking is Ahab, king of Israel. Ahab is speaking first to his servants, and then to Jehoshaphat approximately going to war. In a million Kings 22:6, Ahab speaks to the prophets and asks a similar question. interior the very next verse, Jehoshaphat inquires if there's a prophet from the Lord around. Ahab says sure, yet he would not like him, by way of fact Micaiah's prophecies are all detrimental approximately Ahab. Micaiah comes on the scene, and prophesies formerly Ahab, telling him that he will do properly interior the arriving war. a splash extra desirable down, a mendacity spirit comes around, and the Lord helps the spirit to circulate into into the prophet's mouths, and that they misinform Ahab, not God. God can not lie, Titus a million:2, Hebrews 6:18. examine 2 Thessalonians 2:a million-12. God will enable a guy or woman who had made a option to have self assurance a lie, if that's what they actually need. he won't tension a guy or woman to have self assurance on Him, yet he will condemn a guy or woman for not believing on Him, Mark sixteen:15-sixteen. it is your option to have self assurance in God or not.

I hate to tell you this, but God isn't going to type an answer to you in here unless he does it through His people. You should have gone to Him personally. He is waiting to hear from you.
He did read your questions though, and if you ask those from a sincere desire to know truth and not a mocking attitude to convince others of your stupidity He will give you the answers you seek. The thing is that the answers He gives may not be what you expect because He doesn't think the same way men
do. His intelligence level is light years above ours.

Those are unsupported generic hoopla from a scientific mind. God left something for science to figure out. Science has not done that yet. God gave you all kinds of clues--how long did it take you to figure out DNA, don't blame God cause you are slow. May you have a good day and may your hunt be fruitful.

Think about how long ago the bible was created, they probably thought all of it was true, they didn't have all the scientific gadgets we have today to prove it wrong.
