Tell the president to capitulate to congress and allow our soldiers to come home for that is where they ought to be not in a quagmire in Iraq.

Will never happen, that's why I encourage all vets to join the American Legion or if they have been in a combat zone both the American Legion and the VFW.

Without us fighting for the rights of our fellow veterans, things would be a lot worse.

I don't really think the Dems want to bicker, they are just trying to pass a bill which the Pres. is then bickering with them about. There would be no problem if our President would just shut up and do what the majority of the people in the US want him to do. He's the problem, as far as this is concerned.

P.S. The bill our Congress passed has lots of $$$ for veterans, Walter Reed, etc...they are doing what they can.

As long as a large part of America is anti military? Never. And by anti military I mean not understanding that the military needs to do their job, not just pulling out and going home.
