reverse anorexia?? Where you see yourself as small, but you really have a few extra pounds?? I hope that made sense

anything is possible nowadays, Body dismorphic disorder maybe?

I had the same thing, and it really isn't a disease, so much as a lack of acknowledgment. I had been eating like crazy over the summer because I had just gotten out of my first year of wrestling and harsh dieting, and without a scale in my house I gained 30lbs in 2 months without noticing it until I realized that I had some really deep stretch marks. It really sucked to realize that so late on, and I never lost all of the weight, though I was able to convert some of it into fat, I can not loose weight any more no matter what I do.

Yes hate to admit it! Go clothes shopping and check out all the mirror in the shops! Doubt you will find two mirror images the exact same, so the name of the condition is......aixerona
Go to the fun fair and check out the House of Mirrors!

I would just call that good self-image. Being a few pounds over and not thinking, "Oh my god, I'm fat" is actually very healthy.
