yep, when I was in college the condom broke when I was with my girlfriend- we counted the days and had a safe harbor of 2 days- not good enough for me- I was scared sh**less of her getting pregnant- I picked up my Bible and randomly opened it and read and, I sh** you not, it was about a woman giving birth- that REALLY scared the sh** (sorry for all the 'sh**s'- wait, I'm not sure that came out right-DANG, I'm not sure that came out right either, Doh!)out of me...Anyways, she didn't get pregnant, but man I learned my lesson, and I always pay attention to any girlfriend's cycle.
