public libraries?

how do i check if my library card from 6 years ago is still working or if i need to pay for something i did not pay i dont whant to got to the library.

Most public libraries have a website where you can check your account on-line. Try a Google search for the library and city. I've never heard of a library card that expires. If you still have it, it should still work.

I have 4 library cards from 4 cities near me. I use the on-line catalog and reservation system for all of them.

You could try to call the library. You have probably checked your card for an expiration date, you calling would be your best bet.
