Does instant coffee have caffine?

Does instant coffe have caffine in it?I mean I have this Swiss mocha mix and I was wondering if I drink at night time if it will keep me up.. thus leading me to ask the question.

instant coffee does have caffine, but much less than freshhcoffee, because instant coffee is essentially pre-brewed coffee grinds. the moisture is squeezed out of them, making for an "instant" brew, but also a weaker taste, and less caffine.

tea has more caffeine than coffee or soft drinks. But if you wana good pick me up, I would drink mountain dew. (Have you tried Red Bull?) This is for Babyblue.... So, you like to send ugly messages, but not accept messages from others. If you worked at Starbucks, and feel you know the answer, good for you. Now, just because you have a "reaction to coffee " doesnt mean there is more caffeine than coffee. Yes tea is an herb, coffee is a bean. Two different types of caffeine. However, they are both stimulants. My son has adhd, and his pediatrician told me that tea has about 12% more caffeine than coffee and soft drinks and to keep him away from all of it, and the dyes in mountain dew and mello yellow. So, my sources, which happen to be doctors and much more educated than a coffee server at Starbucks, are much more reliable. Now, before you send hateful messages to people trying to answer your questions, take a class in manners or humanity or something!

Instant coffee comes either regular or decaffeinated..........
the jar will tell you if it's decaffeinated.
