The only people I know of that use more than one SSN are criminals and illegal aliens.
Just a funny note on the illegal aliens; the SSN that they generally use are not even legitimate numbers registered with the Social Security Administration which is why it is so easy to catch them. We generally don't even have to look at their fake card to decide if it is fake anymore. Just look at the number and if it starts with a 6 it is fake.
