Is their a Chruch out there using all Five Ministries?
If so I want to know, It is a great desire to be functioning in all areas of ministry and some churches only have a few some do not belive we need all five, but i am wandering if theri is a Church who is using or training people in alll areas?

Ephesians 4
"When he ascended on high,
he led captives in his train
and gave gifts to men."[b] 9(What does "he ascended" mean except that he also descended to the lower, earthly regions[c]?

Every Church should operate using the 5 fold ministry. Not everyone should be all 5 though.

The Church of Jesus Christ has Deacons, Teachers, Priests, Elders, High Priests...
We have Apostles, Prophets, Bishops, Missionaries
