I'm donating it to Locks of Love, and i believe my face structure is diamond to go w/ the hairstyle. I'm thinking about cutting it to my elbow.

Elbow or waist length should be fine much shorter would probably cause a shock to you.
I like the look of long hair on girls , although I do understand the added work to maintain it.
With the Locks of Love programs someone would realy appreaciate it

This question also depends on your height. Longer hair will make you appear as if you're much shorter than you are. If you cut your hair down to just below your bust, you don't run as much of a risk of looking "stalky". Diamond face shapes tend to go very well with lots of layers.

You should cut it shorter; it is a fun change & it makes your hair healthier. The longer your hair is, the more unhealthy it will be. And if you end up not liking it, it should grow quickly. This site has some really cute short/medium hairstyles to look at.

HOLY CRAP!! wow thats amazing..down to your knee? sorry bout that lol ive never heard of someone with that long of hair though. Must have taken a looonnnggg time to grow eh.
To answer your question....Just get a nice long layered...with long bangs to start. its a good no commitment cut. You'll be cutting a lot of hair off...so start out small. I've attached a picture of a haircut that i really really like. Its long..with long layers and long bangs ...And you could make it in a longer version even if ou wanted..just incase your a bit hesitant towards cutting off so much of your long hair GOOD LUCK! xxx

It has to be wrapped first. It has
to be longer than 10 inches.
It can't have been bleached.
You better check them out,
before you decide to cut it.

I think the most flattering style would be long layers with the shortest layer right at your chin level. you could wear it straight and blow dry the layers in or you could use a curling iron and give your hair body and movement.
