The trouble is that there are many different types of cancer so the likelihood of a cure for "cancer" as a global thing is not likely. Until they start looking at why some people develop cancers & others with the same risk factors don't, they won't be getting the answer. People are individual & live their lives in their own way. Some people stress about things that other people thrive on so their response to health & illness is different.
In treating people who seek the help of a homoeopath when diagnosed with cancer, I look at them, their lifestyle, their stresses & anxieties, their food likes & dislikes, their sleep patterns, their fears, their highs & lows in life - exactly the same as I look at a person who has presented with acne! It's about the person with the disease, not the disease that the person has. If you are skilled enough to interpret their "story" then you will be able to help them a great deal. I'm thrilled to say that I have had many cancer success stories!

Asking a question like this is to invite all the alternative treatment and religous miracle people out to peddle their "cure". With the wide variety of "treatments" with no proven efficacy, do you honest believe any of these work?
Cancer is not a curable disease. It's not one disease. It is a collection of diseases each defined by a specific set of genetic mutations and the cell type. So, each cancer would require a different treatment.
Remission is the word to be used. If a disease is cured, then there would be no need to periodically check for recurrence.

It depends on the stage or type of cancer. Stage 4 is usually not curable. Breast Cancer if caught early can be cured. I have heard that pancreatic or ovarian cancer can usually not be cured.

Not all cancers are curable or preventable. Depends on so many dynamic factors. My friend was cured, my dad was not :(

It should be completely curable and one day the answer will be found how to do it correctly but for now it's a hit and miss proposition sometimes the treatments work sometimes they don't

Is that a question? And yes it's curable, but there isn't a 100% guarantee cure.
That's a confusing "question."

The medical profession says that if you catch cancer in its early stages that it is curable. But also their are cancer fighters like, Serratia peptidase, DHEA, Graviola and support sites like curezone.com and www.cancer.gov and www.rain-tree.com/graviola.htm

it can be. Depends if the treatment works and you stay cancer free for X years (varies with the cancer). Then they label you "cured"
